Patricia Nugent Design and Textiles (the Company) does not own nor represent to own any exclusive rights to these documents, nor does the Company purport to own or transfer any copyright or exclusive right in or to the designs. Pattern images shown on this site are for marketing purposes only. The underlying textile, not the image, is available for sale. For more luxurious and exclusive patterns, the Company offers an option to lease the textile for either 30 or 90 days, with a further option to purchase at the end of the lease period. The images herein may be used as a point of reference for clients to identify and clearly communicate their design needs. Use of textile document images from this site is prohibited. To use a textile shown on this site for design inspiration and development, the Client agrees to purchase and use the textile under the terms of the Company’s Purchase Agreement.
